With accommodations for up to six (6) people, Villa Capitano allows friends and loved ones to gather under one roof.  With the largest living rooms and bedrooms available on La Promessa Italia, this is our most comfortable villa accommodation yet.  With your own private courtyard and inescapable views of the mountains, Villa Capitano is the right choice for elevating your Italian countryside retreat. 

Just because you're looking for the basics  doesn't mean you should compromise. Villa Piccola is La Promessa's studio offering that comfortably accommodates 2 people on a convertible bed, a spacious kitchen with full cooking capabilities, and a full bathroom (washer included).  If you plan to spend your time out exploring the Avellino region, rest assured you can return here at the end of your days. 

Having nurtured over four generations of the same family, Villa Nonni is now living its best days welcoming guests from all over.  

The renovated  two-floor villa offers a full kitchen, dining and living room downstairs, and comfortably hosts six (6) across two (2) bedrooms and two (2) bathroom. Villa Nonni is the one you pick to tap into a piece of La Promessa's heritage. 

Two fully furnished, separate apartments under this one private villa is the perfect solution for hosting a larger family or group of friends.  Each unit has its own private entrance, fully-equipped kitchen, dedicated bedroom and bathroom, and spacious living rooms.  There's even a private outdoor dining area for sharing the evenings together. 

Located at the heart of the property, Villa Centrale lets you easily access all the amenities and events at La Promessa.   A private courtyard faces scenic views that elevates any morning breakfast. Directly across is a firepit, and right next door is the outdoor dining area.  (Rumors say the pizza ovens and barbecues there may occasionally offer one of the best meals you ever had.) 

La Promessa is expanding to a second property located by L'Abbazia del Goleto.  It is scheduled to be available early next year, and will be our best offering to date!
