La Promessa Awaits

Please have your identification and travel documents with you upon arrival to La Promessa, as short-term rental operations in Italy are required to collect and report guest information to local authorities.  More information about this requirement is available on the Servizio Alloggiati (Loding Service) website.  

To maintain our standards and operations, La Promessa requires a minimum stay of two (2) nights for any reservations on the San Gennaro Property, and four (4) nights for the San Guglielmo Property.  Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability.  

Excluding processing fees, a 100% refund is provided for cancellations made before seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of arrival will receive a 50% refund, and potential credit for future stay. 

For villas with sufficient space, roll-in beds or cots can be provided upon request (prior to arrival). 

A deposit equivalent to one (1) night is required to finalize reservations, with balance due at check-in.  Deposit will be returned at successful checkout.  Payment must be made via credit card, cash, or via  the provided IBAN number. 

 Access to the amenities and public spaces throughout the San Gennaro property is included with your reservation. Please note that use and availability of these features may vary depending on guest volume and seasonal demand. 

Note: Those staying at Villa Goleto on the San Guglielmo Property have access to the San Gennaro Property's common grounds.  

La Promessa offers complementary parking at both the San Gennaro and San Guglielmo Properties.
