"Sentiero Crisalide" (The Chrysallis Path) places you in the  sweeping hills of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi.  As you gaze into an endless mountainscape and take in its grandeur --- with nothing but the sound of gentle breezes and your steps crushing the natural ground beneath you  --- an unfamiliar but relieving clarity and calmness takes over. 

Miles of managed trails are available during your entire stay with rest areas and amenities such as water stations and graveled paths.  Even station yourself under the shade of the tree in open fields for the afternoon; "Sentiero Crisalide" is a lunch and reading-spot favorite. 

The entire Ulivo Infinita field is available to use as you wish.  Grab that book on your to-read list and enjoy it in a perfect setting while swaying in one of our hammocks. Artists can lose themselves in afternoons of plein-air painting. And if around for a favorite tradition, the Promessa team converts Campo Ulivo Infinita into a refined night of outdoor dining and stargazing.  

Become a connoisseur of Italian snacking, Sant'Angelo style.  Walk through this self-built path to harvest and eat your fill of fruit right off a tree. The bright green of our Adriatic Figs always intrigues our guests, but it's their dessert-like flavor that crowns it as the crowd favorite.  Crack open a walnut husk and combine it for a perfectly textured bite. And then finish off with a bunch of table grapes that can be had like popcorn thanks to their distinctive crunch and tartness that makes them positively addicting.  

A water spa is available on site for all guests to enjoy.  Spend time with your special someone, or bring the whole party in; our "Vista Spa" can comfortably seat up to six people. Wine, mountains, and gentle massaging jets is a combination you never knew you needed.
